Listening Ear is managed by a board of trustees. The Board adds skills to the staff complement and ensures that the Charity operates in accordance with charity and company law, remains commercially viable and fulfils its contractual obligations. The Trustees meet quarterly and some lead discreet sub-committees such as finance, HR and marketing.
