Amparo service celebrated at Mansion House event

This week saw Listening Ear’s Amparo service being celebrated at the launch event of the 2020 Parliamentary Review.   The event, at London’s Mansion House, brought together parliamentarians, business leaders and representatives of charities from across the UK.

Amparo – which supports anyone who has been affected by suicide – has this year established a new service in Sheffield, and featured in the 2020 Parliamentary Review as a Best Practice Representative.

Pictured here are Amparo Team Leader Sammy Ashley and Listening Ear CEO Richard Brown, who attended the event on behalf of Amparo.  Richard said: “This is fantastic recognition for our work with people that absolutely require support at such a vulnerable time.”
