Barclays RADfest

We were delighted to be invite along to the Barclays RADfest event, to deliver more emotional wellbeing workshops to staff and to attend the evening RADfest event for Barclays staff and their families.

Our Head of Clinical Services delivered four workshops to staff across campus, focusing on mental wellbeing and resilience. These workshops are designed to promote positive physical and mental wellbeing, and staff created their own ‘message in a bottle’, which contains positive thoughts and messages.

In the evening, families were invited to take part in crafts and wellbeing activities as part of the RADfest evening event. Adults, children and young people all got stuck in and made their own affirmation cards and bunting which will be on display in our Whiston office.

We’re so pleased to be working alongside Barclays and their staff. Barclays has chosen Listening Ear as one of their charities for the 2023 CodeFest Hackathon event; a 24 hour event in which Barclays staff work within teams to develop technology to support the work of a chosen charity. The event will take place in October this year and we’re so excited to be a part of it.
