Thank you Butterflies!

We received the below email recently regards our service Butterflies.

“Firstly, I’d like to say a huge thank you for the support you have given *Anna over the last 8 weeks.  She has benefitted greatly from the time she has had with you and I know that this has helped to ‘clear the fog’ a little and stop the confusion from being as overwhelming. Thank you for working with the school also, they have put a great support package in place for Anna and I know a lot of that was as a result of your recommendations.

With regards to the youth club, yes please to signing her up. I think it is a fabulous idea – especially that she can still chat to the councillors if needs be. As a mum, and for Anna, that means so much knowing that she still has that contact.

Once again, thank you. I’m finally starting to get the old Anna back. I know it’s only the start of the next chapter, but you’ve made things so much better for her. She was delighted with her dream catcher and goody bag too, spent ages telling me all about the things and how they will help her. It really was a lovely touch.”
