Our VIDA Aftercare group offers a safe and confidential place for ongoing support after counselling. At our online sessions you will be welcomed by experienced facilitators, who help members to listen and support each other. You can also take part in a range of activities suggested by the group. Come along and try something new from crafts to poetry to yoga – great for improving your sense of wellbeing.

  • You will never be forced to speak within the group if you don’t feel comfortable with this, but we think that you will be surprised how the group process can help.
  • Clients can access 2 sessions of counselling whist attending the group with either Pauline or Allan. Sessions can be booked at a mutually agreed time

 

Virtual sessions take place every two weeks on a Wednesday via Microsoft Teams – 5:45-7:15pm
