Whole Staff Review Day

On the 19th December, colleagues from across the country joined together for our full staff review day to celebrate the amazing work that happened across the organisation in 2022. Last year, around 40 new staff joined Listening Ear, almost doubling our workforce. The review day was the first opportunity for many of us to meet our colleagues face to face since joining the organisation. We spent the day gathering insight and opinions to help us plan the future of Listening Ear together, discussed areas of development and growth and reflected on a busy but exciting year for our teams across the country.

The review day ended with our evening Christmas celebration; a thank you to our teams for all of their hard work and dedication. Staff were invited to plan their own Wellbeing activities the following day, with some braving the cold to take a walk up to The Dream in St Helens and others indulging in Christmas films and an afternoon nap; the perfect way to unwind before the Christmas break.
