Permanent position. A 12-month fixed-term contract may also be considered depending on candidate suitability and service requirements.
Base
Warwickshire. Hybrid-role, inclusive of regular, required travel to Schools and Community venues and other delivery locations within the Warwickshire footprint. Some remote delivery will also be required based on client needs. Infrequent but some requirement to attend our HQ in Merseyside for induction and training.

Job description
Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate All Age Counsellor to join our Warwickshire team.
This role involves providing therapeutic support to children, young people and adults, undertaking assessments, developing support plans, maintaining accurate client records and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for clients.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working autonomously whilst remaining an active member of a supportive and professional team. Flexibility is essential, as some travel across Warwickshire and occasional evening or weekend working may be required to meet service needs.
