Job description
Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Amparo Team Leader with a passion for developing and supporting staff within a caring and collaborative environment.
As a Team Leader, you will provide guidance on practice and processes, and will be responsible for conducting regular team and line management meetings, as well as appraisals in line with Listening Ear’s PR&D policy. You will lead and support a team of Suicide Bereavement Liaison Workers and, where applicable, Suicide Bereavement Counsellors, ensuring the effective delivery and ongoing evaluation of our high-quality Amparo service.
You will also take responsibility for managing HR matters within your team, with support from an internal HR Manager, and may oversee a departmental budget.
